HP 27ea 27-inch IPS Display
Other

I have bought an HP Pavilion 27EA 27" Full HD IPS Monitor from Costco. I got it yesterday.

  1. My HP Pavilion computer (Model# p7-1380t, SN# 2MD33404PD) has only DVI input device without HDMI input and without VGA input. But HP Pavilion monitor does not have DVI input. I cannot connect this monitor to my computer. I am wonderful that HP Pavilion monitor cannot make any connection to HP Pavilion computer. Is it HP Company?
  2. The User Guide of HP ENVY 27 27-inch IPS Monitor at http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03630265.pdf says that this product includes accessories with Power adapter, Power cord, HDMI cable, Audio cable, Cable management clip, Documentation, and Software CD. But this package I got yesterday could be not found out Audio cable and Software CD.

This morning, I have contacted with HP Customer Support. I was told that I cannot get any HDMI to DVI input adapter and Audio cable from HP company. About HDMI to DVI input adapter, this is your designing problem. It is not very available for letting us pay additional money to fix your wrong idea. About Audio cable and Software CD, your User Guide says "yes" but HP Customer Support says "No". Is it right?

So I must require that you mail an HDMI to DVI input adapter and Audio cable to my home address.

If I could get them, I will contact with Mrs Meg Whitman because this is not a money's problem and it is service style.

Thanks a lot
