Hello every one! I have a question about HPDM templates.
I'm trying download image (OS for thin client) via HP FTP Software component browser. But when i set template T6X44017 (ThinPro 1024MB x86 Image) and click generate a see status "transfer" and then "failed" in Task Templates. How I can fix it? I can't download this template.


I check access to hp ftp, I can open ftp://hp.com in server file manager.
And server have full access to ftp resourses.
Can some one help me?
My version HPDM 4.5.3610.16970

I'm having the same issue.

All attempts to download files from HP FTP Software Component browser fail.

I cannot figure out why.  And it seems that HP doesn't care either.

You version is v 4.5 sp2. Did you try v 4.5 sp5 or v 4.6?
