Yes I have. Fails on the Smart Drive

Sigh.  Two different computer-programs, looking at the same disk-drive, and coming-up with different conclusions.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do to "reset" that count of '3' back to '0'.

So, either "live" with the error-message, and keep using SPECCY for an "independent opinion" on the health of the disk-drive, or buy a new (bigger?) disk-drive, and use the software that comes with it to "clone" your current disk-drive onto the new disk-drive, and then remove the current disk-drive from your computer, and set it aside, as a labelled "archive" of the way that your files were on today's date.

The "warranty" on some disk-drives is one year. On some, it is two years.

So, as above, buy a new disk-drive, "clone" onto it,

and then obtain an RMA ("Return of Materials Authorization") to send your current disk-drive back to the manufacturer.

They will send you a similar disk-drive, which you might want to sell on a place like Craig's List, or sell to a friend.

Sometimes, Western Digital has an active "Customer Loyalty" program.

You just tell them the model-number and serial-number of a W.D. drive,

and you get a discounted price, on their E-commerce web-site, to buy a brand-new disk-drive.

If the current drive was still under "warranty", exercising this "loyalty" program voids the remaining warranty.

You should have started your own message, rather than into somebody else's problem-description.

You posted a similar request, elsewhere on this forum.  So, I won't list the "steps" here.

P.S. Exactly which "All-In-One" do you have? Manufacturer? Model? Serial-number?

Whilst the two programs have different conclusions there is evidence that a problem exists in that Speccy show 3 hits but classes the drive as good whilst the HP diagnostics show imminent failure.

I guess the question is what do you use the computer for? does it store anything critical? could you live with a failure of the drive?

Of course you should be backing up , or using a cloud storage such as OneDrive to store copies of your files.

So I conclude that replacement is the best option.
