Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all, when i turn on my pc it said that it got a problem with the hard disk. I did what the link of hp's site suggests to do in those cases but when i start a test immediatly come out an error ID so here i am.. I dont know what to do with that problem

The most probable cause is the hard drive has failed. If the diagnostic fails, then it points to a failed hard drive. Replace the hard drive and then reinstall Windows 10. If the PC came with Windows 10 preinstalled, run the Recovery Manager and use the disk set you created when the PC was new.
