Right mouse click on the desktop and select Display Settings. You will see a slider bar in the middle of the screen. Move it to the right.  I use 125%.  Select apply then go through the log off and log on process.  Some of the older applications may "bark" at the change but I haven't had any issues.

When I switched to Windows 10, my "Menu Toolbar" disappeared!  How do I retrieve it?
