Hi,

 

i am trying to download hp device manager agent for windows 10 x64. i currently have hp device manager 4.7.3610.026436 installed on our server 2012 r2.

Crap!  The hyperlink in that PDF is malformed.

So, if you "click" on the hyperlink, it does not work.

However, if you type the "anchor":   www.hp.com/go/hpdm    into your web-browser, you'll get to the correct page.

it takes me to the HP thin client software downloads page. i have already been on this page and you cannot download the agent from here. its only hp device manager software available. can you confirm if a agent is required?

Please let me know if i can downnload the hp device mamanger agent (if required). we have 2 thin clients on loan which are due to expire. i have built my hpdm server and looking to test the thin clinet using our citrix xendesktop and pvs.

Does that include the "agent" ?  Do the "help" files on your server indicate how to download/use the "agent" ?

 

The web-page that I previously stated is "HP Think Client Software downloads". 

Isn't that what you run as a "client", to talk to your "server" ?
