I have a HP z800 workstation and I'm trying to find the setting in BIOs or maybe perhaps a kernel command to set the disable/No C-State. Seems that Stornext has a bug to were it references the CPU's frequency for timing but when the CPU goes into low power mode, this affects stornext and causes the server crash. Any suggestions and or direction is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Try this.
1. Enter BIOS by pressing F10 on POST
2. Navigate to "Power Management Options" => "Advanced Power Management Options" => "Minimum Processor Idle Power State"
3. Choose "No C-States"
Let us know how it goes!
