@altaweel2004

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you need the motherboard part numbers as it's not working anymore,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

How did you confirm your motherboard is defective, did a tech help you identify the issue? (could you provide a few details on that, as well).

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Including the product number is a good practice as it helps find your service manual guide and that's where you should find part numbers and other information you seem to be looking for, that reminds me, have you checked the HP website to obtain the service and manual guide?

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

Thank you so much for your answer,

First: the link you sent me to find the product number is ( 404 Page Not Found )

Second: I got 5 long beeps from motherboard, when I search hp website I found it is motherboard but now I washed the MLB with isopropyl Alcohol %90 and dry it very well, then I put it on the pc, I started it with 3 long beeps then I change the ram slot and it worked successfully now. I thing one of the ram slots is defective. By the way I'm hardware tec.
