Not helpful. :indifferent:

Just post the URLs.

You have them, in your copy of the PM that you sent.

Please share them.

Hi Knotty,

I am providing the following information for your benefit only. I truly hope this solves your problem. Please don't give me a solution or kudos if it does. That is not why I participate in the HP forums.

You sent me a private message at 4:07 P.M. on 5-13-2017.

I sent a reply to your private message at 4:15 P.M., which you read at 4:40 P.M..

There are two links with similar instructions on recovering an HP BIOS in the reply, one for HP notebooks and one for HP desktops. I told you I did not know what HP model you have. I also told you your PC may not support this function.

HP Desktop

HP Notebook

Knotty, you must know how to send and check private messages. So I am confused as to why this thread has deteriorated into withholding information or providing information that has already been given in response to somebody reaching out by private messaging.

As far as I know there is no Forum rule requiring forum members to divulge the contents of private messages.

Grzy
