PAVILLION 22 CWA LED 21.5 MON.

I JUST RECEIVED THE PAVILLION HP 22 CWA BACKLIT 21.5 MONITOR. THE DVD WOULD NOT PLAY IN MY DVD PLAYER AND THERE WAS NO BOOKLET. I NEED HELP WITH THE BRIGHTNESS AND WHATEVER ELSE THE BUTTON ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE MONTOR ARE. I AM AFRAID TO MESS WITH THEM. FEELS LIKE FOUR NOT COUNTING THE ON OFF.

I HOPE SOMEONE CAN 'WALK' ME THROUGH. THE COLOR IS PRETTY GOOD BUT TOO BRIGHT AND IF YOU CAN CONTROL THE WIDTH - REALLY ZOOMED - I'D LIKE TO RAIN IT IN A BIT.

THANKS

SHERSHER

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 22cwa Backlit 21/5 inches monitor. I read that you need help with the brightness and the other buttons present on the monitor.

I did some research and found that the correct model no. of the monitor should be HP Pavilion 22cw 54.6 cm (21.5") IPS LED Monitor (product# J7Y66AS). This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l

Please find the detailed user guide for the HP IPS LED Backlit Monitors: http://hp.care/2gCbhVc

  • Refer to Identifying Front Panel Controls and Menu button functions.

Hope this information helps. Keep me posted for any further assistance. Cheers! 🙂
