Compaq 610
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
have a Compaq 610.but laptop is no display.only restart.power light blinking 6 times(Orange Colour)

Hi,

 

6 blinks indicates BIOS authentication failure, so 2 options to resolve the issue :

 

Note : If you have HP Operating Sytem in the System  : Try 1st Option or else try 2nd Option

 

Option 1 :

When powering ON the Laptop try to Press - Power button + Windows Key + P key Simultaneously and wait any Led indication on Power button then realease the keys and try to start.

 

Options 2 :

Try to Download 3-in- 1 Bios recovery from the Below Url and create the bootable pendrive and recover BIOS and check.

If it is not resolve please log a case with HP tehcnical supprot team.
