Hi:
If you are getting that message every time you start the PC, most likely you need to replace the coin cell battery on the motherboard.
It uses a standard CR2032 3 V battery.
See appendix B page 50 at the link below for how to change the battery.

I believe the battery in the 8000 Elite SFF is the Type 2 removal illustration.

You can reset the time and date in Windows by following these instructions...

When you restart the PC in the moring, and you get a date and time error, then you will probably need to change that battery.
That is what keeps the time when the PC is shut off.
