HP comaq dc7800
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Firstly, let me make this clear, I live in a third world country, so this is all I can get currently...

Anyway, I've bought an HP desktop PC, apparently imported from germany, and the bios is locked. I've been trying to remove it ever since by various "tricks" to reset the bios, or most used password and stuff but nothing worked so far. I am able to install an operating system because thankfully USB drives are a priority when booting, but I can't quite install new parts to it because there's just nothing I can do... So, is there any way to reset it? or to at least contact some employee from HP and get instructions? or should I just throw the mobo through their window?

Hi, @Aichtogree :

You can remove the BIOS password on your dc7800 (any form factor) by reading the info at the link below, Appendix B, page 59.

The clear password jumper is colored green so it is easily found.  Usually the jumper is located near the little yellow clear CMOS button, or near the coin cell battery.
