Please be more specific and also include the product number of your Omen.

Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to HP Help and Support > HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The 7 digit Product Number will be listed in both those places.

No, I don't need to take it out or replace it. I need to remove what is holding the HDD, the bottom one, I still need the top one.

That is integrated into the case and usually panels like that are riveted in. You would probably have take the front panel off (pry tabs loose) and drill the rivets out to remove it. Unless you got lucky and it has screws.
