With my Envy 23 come with Remote control TSGH 2401 that has on the bottom explained how to connect with PC. I haven't be able to connect. Somone can help me about this???

Learn How to Post and More. I have read your post on how you are attempting to connect your remote control to your Envy 23 desktop, and I would be happy to assist you! To begin, I will need to ask you a few questions:
- What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop computer?
- What version of Windows do you have installed on your computer?
- Has your computer completed all of its important Windows Updates?
In the meantime, I recommend following this document on Troubleshooting Media Center Remote Control (Windows 7 and Vista). This should help establish a connection between your computer and the remote control.

Tks, the product is 23-d002ee, the number C6U77EA#ABD. I have installed windows 8.1. The computer is fully updated. I have received the remote Control TSGH-2401, but I am unable to configure it. This remote control hasn't any remote sensor.

According to this document on the HP TSGH-IR02 Remote Control how to install, the device requires an "eHome Infrared Receiver" for the computer. When you came into possession of this remote control, did you also obtain the receiver for it?

Tks again for your replay, but I insist to notify you that this is not an IR Control. Infact I have two of these and all toghether not respond with the IR receiver. I notify you that on bottom of Remote on battery cover will be explained a procedure to connect push "More Info" and "#" at 6 cm push "OK" and then is reported "(1)". Have you seen this???? How to perform connection??? I suppose that is a Blue tooth. Pls follow this link: "http://h20195.www2.hp.com/V2/GetPDF.aspx%2Fc03641640.pdf" and see tha is an RF transmitter. Tks.

Since you have indicated that the remote control did not come with a transceiver, I suggest taking a look at this document on RF Remote Control Does Not Work. This should help with the hardware of the remote. If the issue persists,
