I understand that your HP computer has difficulty in playing videos. The videos play for a while and then stop and at times they do not play. Not to worry, I'll do my best to help you.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

- What version of Windows operating system are you using?
- Is the computer unable to play online videos like from Youtube or videos from a DVD, etc?
- Do you receive an error message?

As per the product model no. you have an HP Pavilion a4313w Desktop PC shipped with Win7 operating system. If this issue started recently with the videos then please perform a Microsoft System Restore to rollback the PC to an earlier date when everything worked fine. A System Restore will not delete your data.
If you're trying to play a movie then please using other video player applications and check if that helps. Also, download and run the Microsoft troubleshooter to fix any issues with the Windows operating system.
