Hi, Mezooo:

I'm doing just fine and I hope you are too.

Below is the support and driver page for your scanner model.

Select the OS you are running and you have a choice of the basic scan driver or use this fix for the full feature software and driver if you are running Windows 7.

1-    Unknown Device;

ACPI\HPQ6000

2-    Unknown Device;

USB\VID_138A&PID_003D&rev_0104

and how i Get 64Bit, the drivers i instal it show 32bit in graphic properties.

Please help me Paul..

Hi:

If you have a 64 bit operating system, the only drivers you can install are 64 bit drivers. 32 bit drivers will not even install, so don't be concerned with what you are seeing.

The 32 bit in the graphics is the most anyone will see. There is 8, 16, 24 and 32 bit.

For the drivers....

Try this one for the 6000.

and this one for the USB\ViD:

Dear,

       Its a 1Gb Builten Graphics Card AMD, in sysem, but im not sure its 64bit or not,

but the delar told me its 64bit supported,

so im little confuse,

Thanks for this drivers.

You're very welcome.

As I stated before, if you have a 64 bit operating system installed right now, the graphics adapter is 64 bit capable because it wouldn't be working at all if it wasn't.

Besides, it is the processor that determines if you can run a 64 bit operating system on the PC, not the video adapter.

That's the best answer I can provide you.
