Hello

I have a hp pro 3420 all in one pc.

But somehow there is a power-on password on it right now.

I removed the jumper en the batterij for 24 hours but it didnt help.

When i have the jumper and the batterij removed both of separately it wont even start up

I dont get an error message after I enter it 3 times wrong. It just freezes.

I cant do anything with it

Does anyone has a sollution for this problem?

I have a HP DC5800 in the company where I work and he asks for a "Setup Password". Can anyone tell me if me take this password I need to remove the CMS Batery or has some default password?

I didn't receive a halt code. 😞

But I did not mention that it only asks for this password when I go into the BIOS. It starts Windows normally.
