Hi,

 

Backup your critical data to external media and then do a full HP recovery.  This should separate the issue from being a hardware issue or software issue.

 

Then before anything else gets updated, rerun the Cyberlink 3D and BD advisor.

 

Post your results.

 

 

A slight impedence change with the video card port, HDMI cable or the monitor's video input port may be causing an issue with the HDMI EDID information.

Hi,

 

I just did the latest windows update (the usual random registry updates) and it is playing Blu rays again.

 

Thanks for the help everyone. I guess it was just a windows issue.
