Product: 24-n014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received an error messge regarding Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3213986) - Error 0x8e5e03fa not being downloaded.  I have no idea why and I am NOT a technophile.

Hi,

 

That could be a small hiccup from Microsoft. It may fix itself the next day or two when its servers work better as you can see from one of my machines: it failed one day the it fixed itself the next day:
