Hi
I have a problem with my PC which is EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF, my PC was encrypted with HP Protect Tools and unfortunately my OS was not boot beacuse of \boot\bcd error 0xc0000089.
I tried everything to troubleshoot this bcd error so i end up to backup my file but my hard disk was encrypted.
I tried to boot my pc with another hard disk with working OS and I tried to access my Encrypted hardisk but its not working.
I can't access my files because of encryption.
So I tried McAfee Enpoint Encryption as what i read at the forum but it's still not working I have the right back-up key (.dat) for my PC but its not working. It always says invalid encryption key.
I'm still stuck with this problem.
I want to recover my files.
Can anyone help me! please. :mansad:
