Dear SIR,

 

Iam using the below notebook system.

 

HP ENVY Notebook - 15-ae101nx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

Serial Number: CND5441X21

 

 

the isuee is before 2 days my system windows was become corrupt,

so after that i try to make recovery by CD because when i purchase that system and on same time time i make recovery of window.

but right now system is not getting boots recovery cd &

for your information so after that i got CD from Local market and i did the window

 

so please tell me what is procedure to do window recovery,
