I Did A System Reset Using The Settings Menu On Windows 10. I Choose It To Remove All Of My File And Applications That Did Not Come With The Device However When Starting The Reset It Worked Perfectly But When It Was Resetting The PC It Just Said "Resetting This PC 2%" And It Was Stuck On This Message.
What Shall I Do?
Samee Thanks

Use the microsoft media creation tool (can be used on another PC)
This tool will make a W10 install disc (dvd) or usb drive, once made use this to reinstall W10 on the problem laptop. You will need to boot the PC from the usb or dvd to get things started.
click "Download Tool Now" at link below
