Whenever i log into my account on windows and the desktop begins to load the screen blacks out and the desktop begins to reload. the desktop begins to reload again but the screen returns to blacking out, this issue continues to im stuck looking at a screen that keep flashing leaving me unable to do anything on the computer. if i press CTRL+ALT+Delete the flashing stops until i return to try and load the desktop. how do i resolve this ?

Did you install any programs or updates recently?

It's possible that the video-adapter in your computer is trying to output at some settings (number of vertical lines, number of horizontal lines, refresh rate) that your monitor cannot handle.
If your monitor has its own "on-screen" controls, maybe you can tell the monitor to "automatically detect" the incoming signal's parameters.
Or, try connecting a different, and preferably newer monitor, that is more "capable" of self-adjusting to the incoming signals, to temporarily replace your current monitor.
Or, start-up your computer in "safe" mode, and reset the video-adapter to 800 by 600 by 60 Hertz refresh rate.
Very "low-quality" settings, but almost every monitor can operate with these settings.
