The other day the menu box popped up on the screen. The message said "OSD Locked" ... I figured out how to unlock it. After doing that the menu box started popping up periodically on the screen. How do I stop it from doing that? I don't know how to get to the "factory reset" on the menu. Am I supposed to hold the "menu button" down while pushing the " + button" on the front of the monitor in order to advance it to the square displaying the "R ->" (factory reset) ?

Hello again Homer56572,
Thank you for the feedback on the status of your issue. The only other thing I can think to try would be to do a reset on the Monitor. You can do this from the OCD Menu on the monitor if it is an option. You should see Factory Reset.

I can't do a "Factory Reset" on that monitor because the buttons on the monitor do nothing. The only one that functions properly is the power ON and OFF button. As I stated yesterday, I purchased a new "in the box" monitor ... one that is identical to the one that doesn't work. I discovered that the only way the non-working monitor could be fixed was to remove the back of the monitor and do something on the inside. I'm not a tech and it would cost me a fortune to take it to one. Thank you for your help.
