Clear the CMOS and then reinstall the Intel chipset.

 

 

Station drivers web site  I have used this site but mainly to update firmware but not for drivers.

HP ENVY 6055, >Custom PC - Z690, i9-12900K, 32GB DDR5 5600, quad NVMe drives 4K screen, NVIDIA 3080 10GB

Clearing the CMOS fixed the issue

 

Didn't have to install the drivers again
