Upgrade limitations?

Hp p6654y
I would like to know what is upgradable and replaceable in the hp p6654y desktop. I have a strix Rx 470 graphics card and I'm wondering if I can put it inside the tower, switch out the power supply, motherboard, and CPU.

@MaliiksTech,

The p6654y is a circa 2010 Windows 7 based OS, with what is called a "Legacy BIOS".  It will not support the newer UEFI vBIOS cards like the rx 470.

Changing out the motherboard creates a NEW computer, so you would be forced to purchase a new version of Windows (ie 7 or 10), and then new RAM, PSU, etc.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

Can I keep the ram I have and change the motherboard to a h110m-a. Would the case support this?
