HP Touchsmart 610 PC Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp Touchsmart 610PC Series, Model -G10-1020a, Prod No BZ523AA#ABG, serial number (removed content).

I have had an error message  Vidio TDR Failure, is it possilble to home repair or Upgrade?  

I used to be able to  start in safe mode but no longer.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I see you are getting a Video TDR Failure error on your computer. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you run a system test on your computer?

Are you able to boot the computer to the recovery manager?

 

Recommend you to run a system test on the computer. 

Shut down the computer. Disconnect any external devices connected to your computer.

Turn the computer ON and keep tapping F2 or ESC on startup and enter System diagnostics. Click here for assistance.

If the test fails, contact our phone support for the service options. 

If the test passes, shut down the computer. 

Turn the computer ON and keep tapping F11 to enter recovery manager. 

Do a system restore. If the system restore fails. Try a reset on the computer. Refer to this HP Article for assistance. 

If you are able to boot the computer in safe mode, open device manager, and rollback the graphics driver.
