What does this code mean and is it the cause of my problem

My computer starts with a message "preparing Automatic Repair" This changes to "Diagnosing computer faults" before ending on a blue screen "Automatic Repair." Noe of the further fixes seem to work.  So I then carried out the UEFI tests and got the code below when dong a Network Test:

Wgat does this mean and what can I do?

It could be:

* hardware failure of the network adapter;

* missing device-driver software for the network adapter;

* Ethernet cable not connected into the network adapter;

* other end of the Ethernet cable not connected to your router / cable-modem / DSL-modem;
