I unplugged this cord while install a new power supply, and can't find the socket.

That appears to be your card reader connection. Please plug it into "F_USB3" on the motherboard to restore our card reader's functionality

Tapirtune, welcome to the forum.
Did you try to attach it to one of the drives; Hard drive or optical drive? It looks to me like this is where it goes. I can't be certain.
