Dear,
I Aminul Islam, owner of HP (630) laptop. Last 15/10/12 had a problem with that. I found a spot on the LCD. So, I deposited it to the HP survive center. The Service call no. 40157. Now they told me the LCD has been broken.
But I can assure it never stuck or hurt by any chance. Though my laptop is in warranty period, they are not giving any reimbursement. In time of depositing of the laptop to the service center I marked, LCD not broken, it just liquid speeded. But the service center people/ engineers declaredpressured that the LCD is broken manually. My point of view the fault generated by automatically, it happen when at the Time of using. Not by hurt or damaged by something.
As a customer I am felling harassment though my laptop is in warranty period. So, please do the needfull action from your end.

I too am having a terrible time trying to get help with my printer office pro 8500a. Nobody seems to care infact there is an arrogance from the customer support staff in numerous depatments that basically says 'we are an international multi billion dpllar company' and you are an insignificant bug.........so your not happy that your printer is broken...we don't care!'
My wife and I have been speaking to a variety of HP customer service staff for over a week almost every day now (each time fo around an hour)......all at probably £1.50 per minute.
I have written to the european director (so that has probably bee deleted)
This has caused stress and upset for our family.....I am at the poibt of giving up!!!!!!!!
I will probably ceremoniously burn my HP printer and post the video to you tube!!!!!!!
HP I hate you for doing this to us and I hope that you eventually go out of business and loses your jobs..........I forgot know you don't care what I think.

I've just spent about 6-10 hours of time over the course of a few days , after being bounced around from department to deparement only to be hung up on. I was hung up when asking for a supervisors, but lucky me it only happened a few times after waiting for 30-40 mintues. Then you may speak to a new person, who does not have the benefit of notes from the previous person, and you will be placed on hold and transfered till eventuall disconnection, as it happend to me. If you ask for a place to complain and give feedbackyou may be told as I wasthat they were not aware of where to. I see similar feedback here. So is this just coincidence or just part of the business approach?
So if you plan on trying to give feedback for better service consider just not buying the product or extended warranty. That will be my strategy...
Best of luck and much patience to those who get stuck in the "loop" as you may just get frustrated and give up.. But wait, who could benefit from that??

This is to inform u that we have given our LapTop to your Service center Varanasi
(UP) India on July 11th/2013 for repaire but till today it is not ok when ask every time
Told the part of your Lap top is still yet not come. Now you pls. think it is going to be
More than month and your service centre Varanasi repeating the same words your Lap
Top’s parts still not receive by HP parts deliver office.
Could you please tell me how many days it take time.
I purchased Laptop in the month Fe.7th/ 2013. .
I have only doing complaint to HP Service Center.
It is very Bad Support form HP.
Pls my person request to all Indian do not go for HP .
And Also HP person please take back my HP Laptop which no use for me.
I person request to higher Management Pls Helpless

I have just been 'trying' to dowload drivers for my photosmart 5510 printer and it has been the most frustrating and annoying experience I have had! I am experienced at dowloading drivers but after 2 HOURS of going round in circles and doing everything to solve the problem my printer STILL WILL NOT SCAN TO MY COMPUTER!
A simple download manager is all that's needed! HP is a BIG company, why is it so complicated to just download the right drivers so my printer will just work!
Here's a list of problems:
The printer is successfully set up on wireless network, computer can see the printer but printer says it can't see the computer!
Downloaded correct drivers - no solution.
Set up Printer to scan to computer - still no solution.
From of printer says 5515, BACK of printer says 5510...?????
Printer is connected wirelessly AND USB and STILL can't scan.
COMPUTER IS A HP!!!!!!
Seriously...poor...show...absolute pants. And I've already tried every bit of advice on the forums. HP - PANTS.

Even now I am very frustating with the service provided . I am regreting , why I have chosen the HP laptop. Since last 2 days trying to call Customer support , every time it is getting busy response .
