HP wireless audio
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased an MS Surface Pro and would like to install my HP wireless audio.  Unfortunately, I cannot find any drivers compatible with Windows 10.   Is anyone aware of a solution.

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I take it you mean a Microsoft Surface, right -- and these are the HP forums, not Microsoft.

We only provide drivers for HP equipment, not for others.

Your best bet would be to contact Microsoft for drivers for their hardware.

Good Luck

Thanks for the reply.  As my original post makes clear, I have an HP wireless audio DAC and am trying to use it with a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 which runs Windows 10.  I can't find the appropriate drivers on the HP site.

OK, sorry, misread your post.

Here is information on the HP Wireless Audio including some troubleshooting steps: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03219727

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply ... but 'no', it does NOT help.  I've been through this material.  I have two problems. One is that the Surface Pro 4 does not have an optical drive so I need to download the appropriate software from HP.  When I look for the software, I do not find drivers for Windows 10 for my tablet.  So I'm stuck.  I have an HP wireless audio DAC but cannot use it because HP doesn't offer drivers for my HP device that work with Windows 10.  I hope that's clear.   Meyer
