When I send an email it reads as being sent but the other person does not receive the email.  What can be the problem?

Hi Kristie2,

I assume you are using Microsoft Outlook? if yes, below is the answer based on Outlook context

There is a actually a thread where another user in Outlook 2007 had the same issue, and resolved by changing Outlook port properties. Look out for the post written by Lisa Mason. Below is the link to Microsoft Answer

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2007-outlook/outgoing-message-problem-2007-o...

You can also try sending an email to yourself and check if you are able to receive the test email. If that does not work, follow what suggested in the Microsoft Answer to change the Outlook port

I have added the link to Microsoft support forum on how to modify Outlook Port for your ease of reference

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/274842/how-to-change-smtp-port-25-to-another-port-in-micros...

Hope this helps. Cheers
