The buttons on the right hand side bottom provide for this. The buttons have graphics print on bezel for their functions.

Sorry, mine do... that is what the buttons are for and these are the functions I get.
There are 4 buttons; left most one looks like lined paper w/ text and an arrow, next one looks a monitor w/ arrow and minus sign below, next one looks like rectangle w/ up arrow and plus sign below, right most looks like an endless loop and "OK" below.
"Lined paper" is main menu with brightness, contrast, color, image, OSD, mangement, language, information, reset, source and exit.
"Monitor / Minus" is quick view with movie, photo, game, text and custom. Also scroll down.
"Rectangle / Plus" is source select with DVI, HDMI, VGA, default and auto. Also scroll up.
"Loop / OK" is select option or next menu and possible return.
If the buttons don't act like this... try a monitor hard reset. Unplug the monitor's power cord and hold the monitor’s power button in for 60 seconds. Plug the monitor back in and power it up. <stole this from Big_Dave>
If is still doesn't act right contact HP for service.
