Hi,
Areyou talking about browser cache ? If YES which browser are you using ?
For IE:
- Click the "Tools" menu bar.
- Choose "Internet Options".
- On the "General" tab, click "Clear History".
- When it asks "Delete all items in your History folder?", click "OK".
- click "OK".
For Firefox: use this: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/maintenance/ht/clearcacheff.htm

Hi,
Only cache for browser. For computer, probably you are talking about temp files. You can use software such as this or you can use this method:
