Welcome to the HP Support Forums.   I see that your HP 2509 monitor is flickering.   I am confident that I will be able to help you work towards a solution, and I ask only that you pay it forward. When we resolve the issue, I'd like for you to kindly mark the applicable post as Accept as Solution so that others experiencing the same or similar issue can find what worked for you.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps in the HP and Compaq Flat Panel Displays - Display Quality Issues document. It has a section dedicated to flickering.

 

I checked the drivers for your monitor and there are currently no Windows 10 drivers available. I recommend that you please start by reviewing Microsoft’s Windows 10 System Requirements to check that it will support Windows 10. It never hurts to use it as a check. Another good reference document is the HP Desktop PCs - Upgrading to Windows 10 document. It has the steps to take before and after upgrading.   The HP Products - Common Solutions for Windows 10 document also has some suggestions for where to find Windows 10 drivers and software for your model.
