mother board H-Joshua-H61-uATX- no video signal , and bips only

hello,

mi mother board H-Joshua-H61-uATX, shows no signs of life, not image on monitor and only emit 9 bips the cuestios is where is this? and has composture?,  anyone has the bips code for this model, the problem started with an electrical problem during an upgrade, I'm not really sure if it's the video card or chip or something else, plese help me.

• What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop?
• When did the display on the monitor go blank before or after the computer began beeping?
• Did you install any new programs recently?
• Did you add any new hardware to your computer?

hi mechpilot thanks for attention , the model is:

dektop Hp pavilion P6-2160la

the bips ocurred just turn on my equip, maybe 2 or 3 second after, never signal on the monitor before or after sonds, anything happened, im not instal program of hadware new, all on mi pc is standard of hp,  the poblem started for a electrical failed,in the upgrade process, sure to mention the LED blinks orange uring the sounds and then remains static in the same color.

Hello, my equip work with windows 8 and i can`t enter on OS or Bios; only sound of bips
