Hi,
Try to boot from the media you used to install windows 10 and when you get to screen to install. Click on repair this PC.
Now in the next window that appears in advanced settings click on startup repair and see if it helps.
Let me know,
David

Please go back into the BIOS, and click on the installed SSD.
