Did you try the process mentioned earlier in this thread?>>>

Go to Control Panel, Programs & Features.Select HP Support Assistant and uninstall it. Restart your machine after removing it.

I'm having the same error message for HPSF.exe. I followed the instructions to uninstall HP Support Assistant, unfortunately the only thing I found was HP Support Information. Is this the same as HP Support Assistant? If it is, this program can apparently not be removed.

What should I do?

Awesome!  Worked great!

I couldn't find the file they were suggesting to delete either.

So I just clicked on the link and downloaded the HPSF software, opened and installed it.  It took about 20 minutes to complete because it had to remove the old files that I didn't delete in the beginning.

But it works fine now.  So just click on the download link and go from there.  You should have no problem.
