Hello, you have fixed the HPSF.exe problem. I am at my wits end so would you be kind enough to forward it to me

Actually, I haven't fixed it.  I followed directions from an HP support person to unistall HP Support, restart my computer, and clicked on the link provided to redownload it.  I got a message back saying the download failed because I didn't have HP Support on my computer.

I followed your directions to the letter.  Unfortunately when I clicked the link and ran the download I got a message saying it failed because I did not have HP Support on my system.  Now what?

Followed your instructions on unstalling the HP Support and restarted my computer.  Went to link provided and got this message Error - 1605  This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.  Help!

I don't see 'accept as solution' but thanks for the answer. removing and then reinstalling did the trick. at least so far. LOL
