Hi,
My PC is old but still running great. But.... I would like to switch to Windows 10 64 bit system because of some of the programs I run: Garmin & Google Earth. I would at least like to utalize all memory available (4 GB in total)
What I would like to know is if I have to change the Bios to a 64bit version beforehand.
On the HP support page there are different BIOS versions for the different OS 32 - 64 bit.
This is my machine:
HP Pro 3300 Series MT product number:XT316EA#AB9
Running Windows 10 32 bit without any issues.
processor is an Intel i3 2100 (its a 64 bit cpu).
Thanks in advance,
Adrian

Hi Banhien,
I found the first 2 link already, non of them addresses the BIOS. Looking at the HP download section for my particular PC the BIOS version seems to differ for 32 and 64 bit systems. Hence the question.
regards,
Adrian
