z620, running Win 7 Enterprise, 64-bit.

 

The Mini OROM (small box that appears in upper RHS when rebooting) displays messages in a small blurry font that are unreadable.   I tried upgrading to the latest BIOS, but it didn't help.

 

Any suggestions?

I, too, am not satisfied with the blurred appearance of the Mini OROM when my Z820 reboots.

 

The only option remaining is to "Press any key" while the OROM is displayed, and then it appears in full view across the whole display.

HP Recommended

You can disable the OROM display, and enable "POST messages" in the BIOS so that the messages are displayed on a normal text screen. Helps if you are installing something new, or need to troubleshoot.

 

Sorry; there is no way to change how OROM looks.
