HP REVERB (6KP43EA#ABB)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Couldn't find the most appropriate place for this question.

I bought a HP REVERB (6KP43EA#ABB) VR Headset on June 6 this year. Have had some  screen flickering but used it limited amount of time due to summer. Now when it's cold and being used more it's still present. This is a known issue so thought it would be easily fixed. But every time I try the support section on the Swedish page I just get produkt no longer supported and can't get any real contact information. Funnily the same page says I have 21 months left on the warranty.  Kinda mixed signals right?

So how in the bleeping hell can I get support for my quite expensive product?

I only found like a generic store phone number  +468 - 593 664 18 that only is open during weekdays so haven't been able to see if I can get trough to support/replacement that way. I am thou very skeptical about it.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
