Hello,
I've been trying to reach out to HP support and I'm having lots of issues doing so.
It looks like the site is aware that I have a genuine HP product with a valid serial number and warranty but it's keeps linking me back to the main support page. I am trying to create an RMA but I simply cant even contact support because the site keeps sending me back. How can I reach out to support without going through this buggy mess?

Thanks for the response.
I have yet to hear back from anyone. The RMA request has been in for 3 days now. A response was promised in less than 24 hours.

Are you sure there isn't another way to directly get in touch with someone from HP support who can help? No number to call?

I could technically use another HP product to reach out to support but I simply cant because I don't own any other HP products.

I was able to reach out using the Virtual Agent of all things and I let them know of the issue.
