HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 11

I've read a link that's now closed regarding the Reverb G2. I bought mine from Germany as they were not available in the UK at the time. I had nothing but errors with the headset, from floor height, to sound issues, to hands/bow dissappearing during play to name but a few of the issues, its been a while as I don't get to play often.  The headset was just unnuseable, Eventually I got a replacement headset, then speakers, cable controllers, everything.  I put the headset back on to finally put in some play time, the headset went black, no sound.  I now have a £600+ paperweight.

Why do HP not have a repair facility?  It's very upsetting, I quite like VR. but could NOT in all conscience recommend the Reverb G2 to anybody, Christmas was the only time I got to play - I spent more time going round in circles to try and get the headset to  work than I got to play the games. I cannot tell you how frustrating a journey this has been.

Additional....the current fault is black screen, no sound - headset has power, all cables plugged in & seated correctly, it happenend during game play, black screen to white dot, remminiscent of old school TV's
