HELLO,

I Purchased HP 240 Bluetooth Mouse in Oct - 23 from Amazon India. Few days back mouse stopped to discover in bluetooth setting of my Laptop. I changed battery  and I tried connecting to other PC's but no use. Bluetooth mouse is undiscoverable.

 

Tried to check the product on hp website with serial number many times but i got error "Please enter a valid serial number".

Please help to claim warranty.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your HP 240 Bluetooth Mouse. It sounds like there may be an issue with the mouse itself if it's not discoverable by any device, even after changing the battery and attempting to connect it to other PCs.

 

Refer to this document for steps to find the product details.  Sometimes, small errors in input can confuse. As it is an alfa numeric so please zeros and Numeric 0 and a few letters as well.
