Product: HP 25X

Hello, I recently bought the HP 25X, and it was working perfectly fine until out of no where while im playing a game it will go black, and it just keeps flashing black. I switched to display ports and it still didnt fix the issue, then I tried doing the solution you guys posted but I tried doing a scan for my monitor in your HP Support Assistant app but it did scan my monitor, and I dont have the box for it no more so I dont have the serial number. Please help

Could you elaborate more on the issue please?

 

Have you tried this monitor with another computer? if the screen is flashing may I know how did you run the scan from HP Support Assistant?
