Dear Sir/Mdm,

I have been trying to submit a dispute over my warranty. I filled out the dispute form, but everytime I try to submit the form, it always bring me to the page that tells me that the support site is unavailable, I don't know what's going on here, but I think there must be a huge internal error on your site.

Hey Ub6424, This is really bad, I don't know what the hell is this magic number string, you can try it: [personal info removed]. I think it is not normal, normally if that serial number is wrong it will tell you within 3 seconds that the serial number does not exist or is wrong, but when you use this set it keeps looking for it for at least 5min and does not respond. (I waited for 5min and then gave up). I don't think this is a problem with the device or the network or the browser, the problem is with the serial number and the fact that HP has a major flaw on their official website.

This is a general problem

 

There are problems when using the HP support page.

After entering the [ product name or product number or serial number ], the page hangs.

I have tested it intensively myself and can confirm it.

 

You should try again at a later time ...

Unfortunately, there is no official page that gives a status about the "maintenance work"

Earlier the page was online, now it hangs again.

 

This is not nice.
