Thanks, I just hope HP will fix this "hang" issue soon, as well as my first problem: Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable.

Hello @EpicHuns

The problem has already been reported to the maintenance team, so far I have not received any feedback. I just tested the query again, unfortunately it does not work yet.

Hey Ub6424, Thanks for your reply, but I want to say: it doesn't work. I mean, it's limited to looking up a serial number. About the warranty, I really don't care to spend some money for the repair service, but the problem is that this page makes it impossible for me to use money, lol

I hope HP will fix this bug soon.

Hey Ub6424, Just a question, has HP had any response? Has the issue been fixed? Thx.

Hello @EpicHuns

Nothing has changed. The page does not load when you use the serial number. The warranty is already expired, I think HP can't and won't help you anymore.

Good luck
