I ordered the HP GK100 keyboard on around 16 May 2021, roughly 1 year ago, and it's showing signs of sticking within this timeframe. The W key has become quite weird, it kind of presses 2-3 times when I'm typing and during gaming, it sometimes stops registering the input so I have to press it 2-3 times before I can continue moving forward.
And no I'm not an avid gamer, in fact, I didn't even use the keyboard for nearly 3 months.

I kept my keyboard relatively clean, never spilled anything, and covered it with a cloth when not in use to reduce dust build-up. That being said, it's mentioned that it has 3 years of warranty.  I cant enter my device S/N on the HP website as the serial number I'm typing says is incorrect.
What are my options here? I'm not looking for a refund but a replacement would be nice considering the warranty is of 3 years and its getting defected after a few months of normal usage.
